A Classic Drop sleeve cardigan in Worsted Weight.

It can be knitted as is or used as a canvas for picture knitting. It also looks great with all over stripes if you would like to use up your scraps of yarn. You could even use self-patterning yarn. Shoulders are joined using a 3 needle bind off method.

The sleeves are knitted separately and sewn in or they can be attached by picking up the stitches and using a 3 needle bind off method. Skills required: E wrap cast on, Transform stitches, Bind off, transfer, decrease, increase, hand manipulate stitches, 3 needle bind off, pick up stitches for button band and neckband.

This project was knitted on a LK150 using 100% acrylic worsted weight yarn which has a slight drape. Any Mid gauge knitting machine can be used but be sure to check the gauge before you begin. 1x1 rib is used for body of this pattern. If your machine has a ribber attachment, the ribbing can be made automatically. Hand knitting the ribbing is also an option. The size chart is in the image section. The digital download has 6 pages.
